Rs.10,000 Ramzan Package announced by the Punjab government aims to provide urgent financial assistance to deserving families across the province during the holy month of Ramadan. The initiative is part of a broader effort to support low-income households and ensure no family goes without basic necessities during the blessed month.

Under this program, citizens can receive Rs. 10,000 directly through a digital transfer system, making the process fast, transparent, and secure. The scheme has been introduced through the “Maryam Ko Batayein” Helpline 1000 initiative.

Who Can Apply?

The package is meant for genuinely deserving families. Eligibility will be verified through:

  • Punjab Socio-Economic Registry (PSER)

  • Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) database

Families already receiving other government aid may not qualify.

How to Apply

Applicants can register for the Rs. 10,000 Ramzan Package using the following methods:

  1. Call Helpline 1000

    Provide your CNIC number to request the cash assistance.

  2. SMS Registration

    Send your CNIC number via SMS to 8070 to register for the aid.

  3. Online via PSER Portal

    • Visit the official PSER Punjab Portal: pser.punjab.gov.pk

    • Check and update your information.

    • If your data is not updated, visit your tehsil office for assistance.

  4. Manual Registration at Offices

    For those who cannot use digital methods, visit your nearest BISP Tehsil Office or Assistant Commissioner’s office to register in person.

After verification, approved applicants will receive Rs. 10,000 directly into their bank accounts or mobile wallets, typically within 24 hours.

Authorities urge citizens to provide accurate information while applying. Misrepresentation or false claims may result in disqualification. The government also encourages spreading awareness so that all deserving families can benefit from the Ramzan Relief Package during this holy month.
