The Pakistan-China Agro Trade Conference, held during the three-day FoodAg 2024 exhibition at the Karachi Expo Centre, underscored the growing agricultural collaboration and investment opportunities between Pakistan and China. In a press release issued on Saturday, it was highlighted that the conference witnessed strong commitments to enhance agricultural trade and investment between the two countries.
Federal Minister for Commerce Jam Kamal Khan, in his keynote address, stressed the significance of strengthening Pakistan’s agricultural sector by deepening ties with China. He also emphasized that the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) is a cornerstone of their shared vision for economic growth, with agricultural cooperation being a key focus area.
