Despite the extended break, schools will maintain their plans for co-curricular activities related to Independence Day celebrations on August 14, 2024. These activities are expected to proceed as usual, allowing students to engage in patriotic events and programs.
The initial decision for the summer break, starting on June 1, 2024 was set during a steering committee sub-committee meeting held on January 25, 2024. This proactive approach reflects the government’s commitment to adapting educational schedules in response to climatic challenges.
