ICC Announced ‘World Test Championship Final 2025’ Venue & Date

The ICC has officially announced the dates for the 2025 ICC World Test Championship final, set to be held at the historic Lord’s Cricket Ground from June 11th to 15th, with June 16th reserved as a contingency day. This will mark the first time that Lord’s will host the World Test Championship final, following the previous editions at Southampton and The Oval, where New Zealand and Australia claimed victory in 2021 and 2023, respectively.

The highly anticipated match will feature the top two teams in the standings at the end of the current cycle. As it stands, Rohit Sharma’s India leads the pack, with reigning champions Australia close behind. However, the competition remains fierce, with New Zealand, England, Sri Lanka, South Africa, and Bangladesh all vying for a place in the prestigious one-off final.

Cricket enthusiasts can register their interest in tickets for the World Test Championship final, with ICC CEO Geoff Allardice predicting a high demand for what he describes as one of the most eagerly awaited events in cricket.
