Pakistan Welcomes Bangladesh Cricket Team for Upcoming Two-Test Cricket Series

Pakistan welcomes Bangladesh cricket team for an exciting two-Test series showdown. The Bangladesh men’s cricket team arrived in Lahore from Dhaka to participate in a two-Test series against Pakistan. The team was escorted to a private hotel from Allama Iqbal International Airport under tight security.

According to the schedule released by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the Bangladesh team will rest at their hotel. They will conduct training sessions at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium on August 14, 15, and 16. The team is set to travel to Islamabad on August 17, 2024.

The first Test match between Pakistan and Bangladesh is scheduled to begin on August 21 in Rawalpindi, with the second Test slated for August 30 to September 3, 20024 in Karachi.

In a press conference, Pakistan’s Test captain Shan Masood addressed the team’s past performance in the 2024 T20 World Cup, emphasizing the importance of moving forward. “Whatever happened in the World Cup is in the past. We need to focus on what’s ahead,” Shan Masood stated.
