Google Celebrated Pakistan Independence Day with Mango Art Doodle

Pakistanis marks the 77th Independence Day today, and also Google celebrated Pakistan Independence Day with the unveiling of a special mango-inspired doodle to mark the occasion.

The world’s leading search engine has redesigned its iconic doodle, spelling out “Google” in its signature colors and design. This time, however, the doodle features traditional Pakistani art, with mangoes prominently displayed against a green background, symbolizing the country’s national colors.

Clicking on the doodle takes users to a dedicated Google page packed with information about Pakistan’s Independence Day. This includes national songs, historical details about Pakistan’s birth, videos, news articles, and other updates related to the celebration.

But why mangoes? Pakistan is renowned for producing some of the world’s finest mangoes, celebrated for their vibrant color, irresistible aroma, and juicy sweetness. By incorporating this beloved fruit into its doodle, Google adds a touch of tradition and fun to the site, paying homage to one of Pakistan’s most cherished exports.

Additionally, the new webpage features a unique doodle in the top-left corner, where the double “O”s in “Google” are replaced by a Pakistani flag, adding to the festive spirit.
