Free eBike Scheme for Students
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif launched the Free eBike Scheme during a meeting on advancing electric vehicles (EVs) in Pakistan. The initiative promotes clean energy transport and aims to reduce reliance on imported fuels, saving foreign reserves.
He also directed all federal ministries to adopt electric motorbikes and the CDA to develop electric public transport in Islamabad, promoting nationwide eco-friendly mobility.
