After years of dedication, hard work, and self-funded training, Mr Universe 2024 Winner Pakistan, Abdul Majeed, has brought immense pride to his country by clinching the Mr Universe 2024 title.
Competing at the prestigious World Fitness Federation (WFF) event in Las Vegas, Abdul Majeed’s journey to the top included securing two gold medals in the Open Masters and Super Extreme categories. This historic win solidified his place among the world’s top bodybuilders, earning him a highly coveted pro card.
Abdul Majeed’s path to becoming the Mr Universe 2024 Winner Name began in his hometown of Karachi, where he trained at Core Karachi Gym. Building a reputation for relentless dedication to his craft, Abdul balanced his journey as a bodybuilder while maintaining his career and various jobs to support his passion.
“I’ve been working on this for years; it was a lifelong dream,” Abdul Majeed shared. Over the years, he achieved titles such as Mr. Karachi in 2014 and Mr. Pakistan in 2020, setting the foundation for his historic win in Las Vegas.
Winning as the Mr Universe Model 2024 was no easy feat. “For this event, I dedicated six months to intense training, funded everything on my own, and faced many challenges,” Abdul Majeed said, describing his emotional victory on 19 October 2024.
“When I won, I grabbed the Pakistani flag, took pictures, and felt incredibly proud. It was overwhelming, knowing I had finally achieved my lifelong dream.” Abdul Majeed was up against competitors from 42 countries, making his victory even more significant for Pakistan.
Now based in Dubai, Abdul Majeed acknowledges the support of the World Fitness Federation Pakistan, which allowed him to represent his country. “Two other Pakistani bodybuilders also competed in Las Vegas, with one winning gold and another silver,” he said, highlighting the growing strength of Pakistani athletes on the international bodybuilding scene.
Abdul Majeed also pointed to an essential aspect of the sport’s future in Pakistan: unity. “In Pakistan, we have so much talent, but a lack of unity and a unified federation makes it hard to achieve our full potential,” he noted. “In other countries, all athletes are under one federation, which enables better regulation. If we unite under one platform, bodybuilding in Pakistan can grow exponentially.”

I want to support Pakistani athletes to secure their pro cards, represent Pakistan, and show the world what we’re capable of,” he concluded.
