Mueed Baloch Wins Gold in 400m Race at the 4th International Military Sports Council World Cadet Games in Caracas, making Pakistan proud. The event, which commenced on August 17, 2024 at the Fuerte Tiuna military base, saw Mueed Baloch achieve victory with a remarkable time of 48.20 seconds.

Representing the Pakistan Air Force, Mueed Baloch not only raised the national flag on the podium but also celebrated his win with traditional dance moves. The sprinter previously set a national record in the 400m race with a time of 46.73 seconds.

The CISM World Cadet Games, launched in 2010, are a significant international event under the CISM framework. Mueed Baloch’s journey as an athlete began in 2015 when he transitioned from football to track and field, marking his debut with a 12.50-second finish in the 100m sprint at the National Coaching Centre.
